New Metaverse space for Smile Insurance, Inacta. Zurich.
iCreate have recently completed a three-space metaverse experience working with Inacta, for Smile Insurance, Zurich.
Announcing the project, Smile said “We have expanded our Web 3.0 presence and are launching the smile.meta Experience today. Products and services can be experienced in our Metaverse world. This includes daily bookable, virtual customer consultations, and the new smile meta garage.”
It’s a new dawn for businesses taking their first tentative steps into the metaverse world and realising what it can do for both them as a business and their customers. As well as the ability to promote their products to customers inside the space, of particular note is the immersive touchpoint that the space provides Smile’s customers through being able to book a virtual private consultation with an advisor inside the space even though they may be thousands on Kilometres apart.
